FourNet achieve Avaya Edge Diamond Cloud Integrator Status

FourNet have achieved Diamond Cloud Integrator status in Avaya’s Edge Partner Programme FY18. The Cloud Integrator award is only given to Diamond partners who achieve 3000 active cloud connections and have successful record of delivering Avaya Cloud Solutions.

A key part of the 2018 Avaya Edge programme strategy is enabling cloud delivery, integration and management. Avaya expanded their Avaya Edge program to demonstrate their commitment to providing their channel community with the best tools to help them empower their customers to easily integrate cloud services in a way that best meets their strategic objectives.

The typical characteristics of an Avaya Diamond Cloud Integrator are:

• The ability to develop and integrate snap-ins, codes, conduits and applications on Avaya solutions
• Can leverage CAPEX and OPEX models for Enterprise and MM
• They must be accountable for end to end management of provider, legacy and customer owned solutions
• Must invest in hosting platforms by either building their own or outsourcing to a third party
• The must sell/integrate multiple Avaya solutions
