FourNet wins top award at 2016 Comms National Awards
FourNet have won the Best Enterprise Vertical Market Solution in the Comms National Awards, the UK’s flagship independent awards programme judged by industry specialists.
Sponsored by Nine Wholesale, the 15th annual Comms National Awards process, focusing on ICT companies based or operating in the UK, was the most competitive in its history with the highest number of awards submissions to date and the most distinguished judging panel yet assembled.
More than 190 entries were received this year from reseller companies providing solutions to UK companies of all types and size and the organisations that support these companies with hardware, software and network products.

We worked closely with Luton Borough Council to support their restructuring and transformation programme to help make cost savings, streamline citizen service and build a flexible and sustainable organisation for the future.”
Luton BC use technologies to enable change across all their services, encouraging citizens to use automated telephony, self-service and self-help so that the council can deliver efficient services and thereby drive savings. The Transformation Project provides Unified Communication and Contact Centre services for 75 customer service agents and 2,450 back office staff throughout the council’s main offices.
The telephony strategy will deliver savings in the region of £570,000 per annum and in addition will increase the robustness of the council’s systems providing them with a flexible and agile workforce and a flexible solution for the future.”
An experienced panel of seven judges who have all worked in the ICT industry determined winners of the 2016 Comms National Awards. Each judge independently marked entries based on financial performance between July 2015 and July 2016, the return on investment of solutions, support and service provided and the quality of supporting testimonials.
