What ANTENNA is

ANTENNA is a UK sovereign, highly secure cloud platform and network, built to give central government and Critical National Infrastructure (CNI) providers a trusted route to digital transformation.

It began with a Cabinet Office vision - a shared service across government for telephony, collaboration and contact centre - went live in 2016, and is itself designated as Critical National Infrastructure. Today it supports more than 40 organisations across central government and CNI, and has been extended across the full range of CNI sectors, from emergency services and health to energy, water, finance, transport and communications. It is hosted in Tier 4 UK Government data centres in Westminster - sites under PCNI security controls and protected by law enforcement - and operated by the UK’s largest team of SC and DV cleared engineers from a dedicated Westminster service desk. Since launch, it has delivered nine consecutive years of 100% uptime.
