FourNet’s shared technology and contact centre platform, Connecting Wales/Cysylltu Cymru, has been highly commended by judges at the Comms Business Awards 2021.
FourNet was shortlisted in the Mid-Market ICT category for its pioneering ‘Community Cloud’ framework for the Welsh public sector, which went live at the beginning of 2020, just as the pandemic emerged.
Vale of Glamorgan Council and Cardiff and Vale University Health Board were the first to join the Connecting Wales/ Cysylltu Cymru platform. Wrexham Council has since joined the shared service, along with Rhondda Cynon Taf Council more recently.
The service is led by Vale of Glamorgan Council, backed by the Welsh Government, and is powered by award-winning technology providers, FourNet.

Last year. Connecting Wales /Cysylltu Cymru, was also “highly commended” at the Comms National Awards 2020 for Best Enterprise Vertical Marketing Solution.
