FourNet Awarded Avaya Platinum Partner Status
FourNet have been awarded with the Avaya Platinum Partner status – Avaya’s highest level of partner accreditation in recognition of their ability to serve potential and existing customers, according to Avaya’s new Connect programme guidelines.
FourNet have also been awarded the following Solution Expert designations, which demonstrate their expertise and experience in the following areas:
– Networking avaya edge partner program
– Unified Communications Expert
– Enterprise Contact Centre Expert
The new Avaya programme now reflects Partner’s capabilities rather than the volume of sales achieved. The criteria for the new programme is now based around three key areas:
– Technical and sales accreditations combined with capability across Avaya’s product range
– Customer satisfaction scores, independently surveyed by an Avaya contracted 3rd party
– Volume of sales
Along with the new Avaya Platinum Partner status, FourNet have also retained their Partner in Customer Excellence status, which is based upon a higher number of Customer Satisfaction responses and at a significantly higher score of at least 88%.
