FourNet recently worked with a leading consumer electronics provider that was named as the number one brand globally in home appliances for 14 consecutive years from 2009 to 2022; with over 100,000 employees located across the world. It aims to deliver premium quality, state-of-the-art products that respond to the constantly changing needs of the modern home, ultimately giving consumers more time to do the things that matter to them.

New to Fournet, Consumer Electronics wanted to implement an AI solution to automate tasks and deflect contact away from the contact centre. Keen to ensure that this was the right solution to solve the root cause, FourNet's CX Team undertook a 2-day onsite diagnostic and data analysis with the Consumer Electronics Company.
