We’re proud to have received a number of awards over the years and, whilst we don’t do it for the glory, it’s always nice to get external recognition for the work of our dedicated and hard-working employees. We’re also delighted to have achieved external recognition for our work by being approved on a very high number of procurement frameworks and receiving certification across several ISO Management Standards.

Winner of the Best Approach to Supporting Vulnerable Customers (In-House) at the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA).

We are thrilled to share that FourNet, in collaboration with the Alzheimer's Society has won the European Contact Centre & Customer Service Awards' coveted "Best Approach to Supporting Vulnerable Customers (In-House)" award (ECCCSA).

An enormous thank you to all those who contributed, particularly Amanda Henderson, whose leadership has been crucial to our success.

We’re incredibly proud of our CCaaS Consultant, Amanda Henderson, who has been shortlisted as a finalist in not one, but two categories at the prestigious 2024 Women in Tech Excellence Awards!
Amanda is a true asset to FourNet, and her exceptional contributions have earned her nominations for both ‘Outstanding Transformation of the Year’ and ‘Transformation Leader of the Year’.

The winners will be announced this November, and we’re wishing Amanda the very best of luck. Whatever the outcome, she’s already a winner in our eyes!

We are proud to announce that FourNet have been awarded Platinum Status by NICE, one of the world’s leading cloud contact centre vendors.

FourNet is one of just one of two UK partner this year to earn the top tier accreditation, which is part of NICE’s Partner Programme.

FourNet ranked at number 81 in The Sunday Times Sage Tech Track 100, the company's first time ranking.

The recognition marks a significant period of growth for FourNet, which has quadrupled its turnover over the past three years and has grown from a staff of 35 to over 100 in the same period.

Another treble at the Comms National Awards. FourNet scoops Reseller of the Year - which the judges award to the best Enterprise-facing reseller entrant. FourNet also win Best Enterprise Cloud Solution and Best Reseller Innovation.
