Three FourNet Projects Shortlisted For The Finals
FourNet’s been shortlisted three times in the Comms National Awards 2020.
FourNet has been triple shortlisted in the Comms National Awards 2020, with two finalists in the special Keep Britain Working category for COVID-related projects this year.
The judges have selected FourNet’s award-winning Connecting Wales initiative as reseller stream finalist for Best Enterprise Vertical Market Solution.
Connecting Wales is a pioneering shared communications, technology and contact centre platform which is powered by FourNet through its community cloud technology.
In the Awards’ Keep Britain Working stream for COVID-related projects, FourNet’s swift work shifting thousands of npower employees to remote working in record time has also been shortlisted.
As coronavirus hit the UK in March 2020, and as call rates from customers rose, the energy company requested urgent work from home capability for nearly 2,000 users.
Also shortlisted in the same special Keep Britain Working category is FourNet’s work with South East Coast Ambulance Service which experienced unprecedented call volumes from members of the public suffering from, or concerned about, the deadly coronavirus. But, like other employers, SECAmb, wanted as many staff as possible to work from home.
Within 48 hours, FourNet had enabled many of SECAmb’s staff to work remotely for the first time.
Sarah Keedy, FourNet’s Chief Marketing Officer, said: “We are over the moon to have been shortlisted, not once, not twice, but three times in the Comms National Awards 2020.
“It’s a testament to our teams and to our customers who, in particular during the COVID lockdown, sought our help with remote working to allow their staff to remain socially distanced from each other.“
The award shortlist comes just weeks after FourNet was named in the Sunday Times Tech Track 100 of fastest growing privately owned technology companies in Britain.
The Comms National Awards 2020 are being held virtually, and streamed live from London, on October 22nd.
