FourNet Achieves Platinum Status as Enghouse Interactive Partner

Accreditation

Enghouse Interactive has promoted cloud and managed services provider, FourNet, to platinum partnership status within its EMEA partner programme.

FourNet’s achievement is based on ongoing growth in the volume of business it conducts with Enghouse Interactive and revenues it generates through selling the company’s solutions, including the Enghouse Interactive Communications Center (CC) and Quality Management Suite.

The accolade follows the success of the two companies in deploying customer contact solutions on the Microsoft Teams, Avaya and Cisco unified communications (UC) platforms and FourNet’s roll-out of two new hosted cloud platforms incorporating CC. Agile Cloud which features Teams and Avaya integrated with CC, helps organisations transition their communications and contact centre infrastructure to the cloud, and enables front-line agents and back-office employees to work seamlessly to improve customer experience. Community Cloud, which can also incorporate Teams and CC, is a shared collaboration and contact centre platform, designed for councils and other public sector organisations across the UK.

Richard Pennington, CEO, FourNet, said: “We’ve seen an explosion in the requirement for Microsoft Teams in delivering UC solutions over the past year. Enghouse’s tight integration with Teams, together with the direct routing to Teams we’ve built into Agile Cloud, helps us gain market traction.“

FourNet has extensive in-house expertise in the CC and QMS solutions and has developed pioneering sandbox environments as a testbed for innovation with clients. Moreover, it also benefits from expert support from the Enghouse sales team when engaging with customers and prospects. In recent times, FourNet has focused more on public sector opportunities including housing and regional local government, both areas in which Enghouse Interactive has a strong footprint.

David Smith, Channel Director, Enghouse Interactive, said: “We’re delighted to see FourNet achieve platinum partner status. Their meteoric rise through the partner tiers is testament to the strong and evolving relationship the two companies have built up over the years.
