As a People and Talent Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our people plan forward. You'll support managers across critical areas like recruitment, onboarding, change management, performance management, talent development, wellbeing, and employee engagement. Scope of responsibilities

  1. Support the implementation of the People plan with initiatives across talent, performance, engagement, ED&I and wellbeing to support business performance.
  2. Create reports and MI to help inform business decisions.
  3. Build trusted relationships with leaders across the business and engage closely with teams to maintain a stable environment and drive continued profitable growth.
  4. Provide sound advice on all people matters and ensure prompt and effective resolutions for any employee relations issues.
  5. Provide in-house resourcing and recruitment support for all roles, supporting hiring managers through all stages of the recruitment and onboarding process.
  6. Support the on-boarding process from offer to joining ensuring a positive candidate experience that mirrors the FourNet brand and ethos.
  7. Create and manage a talent pool, identifying quality candidates for planned hires and business critical roles.
  8. Complete all new joiner administration including drafting offers and contracts, pre-employment checks and supporting the probation process.
  9. Co-ordinate the FourNet induction, supporting new joiners to become effective in their roles.
  10. Maintain and update the recruitment PSL, building relationships with external recruiters to support where appropriate.
  11. Maintain and update the internal HR information system and ensure all training, trackers and e-files are GDPR compliant and up to date.
  12. Support the effective and efficient delivery of people processes, including payroll, performance development reviews and employment changes.
  13. Review and update our Talent and People policies and procedures.
  14. Support in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required working to agreed timescales and collaborating with appropriate internal/external stakeholders on subjects such as wellbeing, environment, diversity, and inclusion.
  15. Support the Head of Talent and People as required, deputising in absence, and providing advice to managers on people process where required.

Technical Profile

  • A great opportunity for someone looking to develop as a Business Partner
  • Experience in recruitment (in-house preferred but not essential)
  • Within the technology/communications sector is desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrable understanding in HR/Employment law
  • Experience managing various employee relations cases
  • Confident in the use of social media and other resourcing tools e.g. Linked In
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Minimum Level 5 CIPD qualified or working towards
