Agile Mobile from FourNet allows customer compliance teams to have full access to SMS messages and call recordings for compliance or training purposes. Handsets can also be blocked from installing apps like WhatsApp and other encrypted services which might elude audit trails.

Fixed Mobile Convergence (FMC)

Agile Mobile operates as a standalone mobility solution or an advanced FMC solution giving customers access to FourNet Agile Cloud features from softphones, fixed and mobile handsets. This means callers only need keep one number and FourNet will get the call to the right place.

Voice Recording

Agile Mobile can record the user's conversation for compliance or training purposes, regardless of the call being made from a fixed line handset, softphone, Teams client or mobile handset, giving a single pane of glass to access all compliance recordings.

SMS Recording

Agile Mobile service allows administrators or compliance & governance teams to have access to the SMSs sent or received on a FourNet mobile for full auditability.

Analytics

Agile Mobile Analytics captures billing information and performance data. Calls made from any endpoint on the Agile Cloud platform will be analysed and presented for inspection by admins from a user interface or scheduled for delivery by email.

Call Barring and Toll Fraud

FourNet has a sophisticated and flexible solution for preventing users from calling numbers not required for their job function, regardless of the device they are using to call. Agile Mobile also has toll fraud protections and alerts for breach of usage allowances. Handsets can be limited from roaming to international countries with additional charges.

Content Filtering

Agile Mobile can provide a web-content filtering service that routes all mobile traffic via the Agile Cloud platform rather than direct to the internet to provide a content filtering service. This can prevent users from consuming costly data bundles using social media or gambling, porn and other undesirable services.

Voice and Data Bundles

The Agile Mobile offer includes unlimited access to all UK 01, 02 and 03 numbers. Other destinations are charged on a per minute basis. Mobile data is available as an individual user bundle, or a shared bundle for all users, or a mixture of both. Additional bundles can be quicky added by the FourNet Service Desk.

International Roaming

The are no additional charges when visiting roam-like-at-home countries (EU, USA, Iceland and Norway). Additional roaming zones are available and can be requested on a per user basis. SIMs can be limited to the roam-at-home countries, and have additional roaming zones can be assigned by the FourNet Service Desk.

A fully managed service from the FourNet team; the MDM service is designed to ensure that data is secured on the device and the remote wipe of data where necessary. MDM can enforce password complexity, remove access to the public App Store and only allow users to deploy approved applications

In Building Coverage

FourNet can deploy a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) to ensure mobile service is available in areas in buildings where the Mobile Network Operator (MNO) antenna is not in range.

Agile Mobile is part of our Manged Service offer and is supported by a dedicated team providing 24:7:365 support. All new requests, changes, barring and remote wipe requests are fulfilled by this UK based team.
