Overview:

The Vendor Alliance Manager will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, technical, and executive teams to maximise the value of our vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with or customer needs and business objectives. This position also involves vendor management of Cisco, Fortinet and Extreme, key partners of FourNet. Previous knowledge of working with Cisco as a vendor is imperative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Cisco account teams, partner managers, and technical stakeholders.
  • Business Development: Identify and drive joint business opportunities, co-selling initiatives, and pipeline development with Cisco.
  • Program Management: Oversee Cisco partner programs (e.g., Cisco Partner Program, MSSP Program, etc.), ensuring compliance and maximising benefits.
  • Marketing & GTM Alignment: Collaborate with marketing to develop joint campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement: Educate internal sales teams on Cisco offerings, incentives, and how to position Cisco solutions within our MSSP portfolio.
  • Technical Coordination: Work with technical teams to ensure solution alignment, certifications, and integration of Cisco technologies into our service offerings.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on KPIs, revenue targets, and partnership health to internal and Cisco stakeholders.
  • Additional Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with other key FourNEt vendors and leverage these relationships to maximise our sales and marketing collaborations.

The successful candidate should have...

  • Proven experience in vendor alliance, channel management, or strategic partnerships--preferably within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and/or cybersecurity environment.
  • Deep understanding of Cisco's partner ecosystem, programs, and technologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and drive revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Cisco certifications or Cisco sales/partner accreditations are a plus.
