Project manage customer facing projects for the PMO from pre-sales through to service transition, ensuring the project meets our KPI’s and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Scope of responsibilities

  1. Customer Satisfaction
    To Project Manage high value, complex and/or high priority projects ensuring an excellent transition experience.To maintain high levels of FourNet project Customer Satisfaction in the Post Project Questionnaire
  2. Sales Support
    Assist the Sales and Pre-Sales teams with Bid Response input, project plans, and potentially presentations through to contract award.
  3. Service Transition
    Provide a seamless transition into the FourNet Servicedesk and Intelligent Managed Service delivering Operational Acceptance Testing.  Ensure support alarming is configured and relevant for Enterprise customers with a Managed Service.
  4. Methodology
    Adhere to the FourNet PM Methodology and delivery multiple concurrent projects.As a Senior Team member provide input into continuous improvement of the process and documentation.
  5. Industry Skills
    Maintain awareness, skills & qualifications relevant to PM industry standards.  Prince2, Agile & APMP and support Project office in working towards these if required.
  6. Technology Skills
    Responsibility to ensure personal learning and development is maintained, and a full understanding of our products and services to ensure you are comfortable in FourNet solutions.
  7. Reporting
    To update all required FourNet Project Tracking tools, SalesForce, Teams & Project Dashboard.
  8. Project Workload
    As a Senior PM, to maintain an applicable Project workload (assigned from the Head of PMO) greater than 100 sold PM Days.
  9. Project Finance
    Accountability for overall Project P&LReporting in SalesForce and Invoicing records updates with FinanceProject Change Control for cost items of scope change.

 

Technical Profile

  • Significant experience in Project Management
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects to budget
  • Experience working with Telephony based Projects
  • Experience in PM Methodologies, Prince2, Agile & APMP
