Over the last year we have been investing heavily in our brand and lead generation as well as the systems, tools and processes to execute an Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy. We are looking for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to take the leads generated from our marketing activities and turn them into Sales Qualified Leads.

The Sales Development Representative is tasked with following up inbound contact activities and initiating outbound contact for FourNet’s profiled prioritised prospect accounts. The SDR will be tasked with outbound calling, email outreach and LinkedIn to set appointments, demos and webinars for the FourNet sales team.


Scope of responsibilities

  1. Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects
  2. Be responsible for educating and developing prospects leading to hand-off to sales teams
  3. Create target prospects lists and penetrate key accounts
  4. Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources
  5. Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle
  6. Profile strategic accounts identifying key individuals, researching, and obtaining business requirements and presenting solutions to start the sales cycle
  7. Set appointments, demos, webinars for the sales or pre-sales team when a lead reaches a qualified stage
  8. Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until they are ready to speak with an account manager
  9. Drive attendance for webinars and live seminars and set meetings for conferences
  10. Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycle by maintaining accurate activity and lead qualification information in salesforce.com


Technical Profile

  • 1+ year of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in high value technology solutions
  • Evidence of successfully researching markets, understanding customer pain points and requirements; then identifying what solutions are required
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting
  • Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM applications, particularly salesforce.com
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivilant
