Technical Profile
- 1+ year of successful experience in telemarketing, preferably in high value technology solutions
- The intellectual horsepower to research markets, understand customer pain points and requirements; then identify how FourNet can help them meet their goals
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
- Demonstrated success in prospecting
- Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM applications, particularly salesforce.com
- Bachelor's degree preferred
