Project manage customer facing projects for the PMO from pre-sales through to service transition, ensuring the project meets our KPI’s and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Scope of responsibilities

  1. Customer Satisfaction
    To project manage high value, complex and/or high priority projects ensuring an excellent transition experience. To maintain high levels of FourNet project customer satisfaction in the post project questionnaire
  2. Sales Support
    Assist the sales and pre-sales teams with bid response input, project plans, and potentially presentations through to contract award.
  3. Service Transition
    Provide a seamless transition into the FourNet servicedesk and intelligent managed service delivering operational acceptance testing.  Ensure support alarming is configured and relevant for enterprise customers with a managed service.
  4. Methodology
    Adhere to the FourNet PM methodology and delivery multiple concurrent projects.
  5. Industry Skills
    Maintain awareness, skills & qualifications relevant to PM industry standards.  Prince2, Agile & APMP and support project office in working towards these if required.
  6. Technology Skills
    Responsibility to ensure personal learning and development is maintained, and a full understanding of our products and services to ensure you are comfortable in FourNet solutions. Predominantly Avaya Red/Blue and Enghouse.
  7. Reporting
    To update all required FourNet project tracking tools, SalesForce, Teams & Project Dashboard.
  8. Project Finance
    Accountability for overall Project P&L
    Reporting in SalesForce and invoicing records updates with finance
    Project change control for cost items of scope change.

Technical Profile

  • Significant experience in Project Management
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects to budget
  • Experience working with telephony based projects (Avaya Red/Blue)
  • Experience in PM Methodologies, Prince2, Agile & APMP
