In an exciting time to join the company as we execute our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a strong generalist B2B Marketing Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments, who wants to take ownership and responsibility for the execution of the marketing strategy across our three brands (FourNet, ANTENNA and Connecting Wales).

FourNet is one of the UK’s most successful cloud and managed services providers.  We have grown year on year for the last 15 years, have won multiple awards and work with some of the most secure, critical, and commercially driven organisations in the UK.

 

Scope of responsibilities

  1. In conjunction with the Chief Marketing Officer, develop and implement the marketing strategy to deliver on FourNet’s commercial objectives, reaching new and existing customers.
  2. Generate awareness within existing customers and prospects through a wide range of B2B channels including email, social and events.
  3. Deliver campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads to feed the SDR function (which also sits within marketing).
  4. Own the marketing technology stack which includes Pardot, Tech Target Priority Engine, Sales Loft and other tools.  Implement marketing automation processes to streamline the delivery and measurement of campaigns.
  5. Analyse all marketing activity, drive efficiencies, and optimise campaigns.
  6. Prospect database management and improvement – through legacy data, bought lists, 3rd party prospect database management.
  7. Develop sales collateral to ensure the sales team are armed with the best tools to showcase the proposition and win new customer business.
  8. Develop an overarching content strategy – writing and managing the creation of content for use across all channels: website, social media and email.
  9. Day to day management of our creative/ web agency.
  10. Manage and develop the Marketing Executive.

 

Technical Profile

  • B2B Marketing experience ideally within a fast-growth environment
  • Experience of managing cross channel B2B Marketing plans within a stand-alone role or small team
  • Demonstrated ability of achieving targets relating to the generation of leads and brand awareness
  • Digital marketing experience especially in email, SEO, and social media management
