Scope of Responsibilities

  1. Manage and maintain complex websites, identifying opportunities to improve user experience (UX) and drive engagement to increase website conversions and improve on-site experiences.

  2. Plan, build, manage, and report on advertising campaigns across Google platforms (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.) and social media (LinkedIn).

  3. Utilise tools such as ZoomInfo and CRMs in advertising work.

  4. Update, adapt, and repurpose content for different channels and audiences.

  5. Track and report on performance--demonstrating improvements in website traffic, campaign metrics, and on-site engagement.

  6. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve conversions and reduce cost per conversion.

  7. Write compelling ad copy and collaborate with designers to create effective visuals.

  8. A/B test creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to maximise ROI and demonstrate positive changes through testing and analysis.

  9. Manage multimedia content such as video and podcasts to support content delivery.

  10. Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing activities with business goals and support closer alignment with sales.
  11. Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in digital advertising to improve strategy with new ideas.

Technical Profile

  • Demonstrable experience working with a range of digital tools (WordPress, Semrush, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Hotjar, Salesforce (or alternatives))
  • Proven ability to grow website traffic and optimise UX and on-site engagement.
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Experience of managing company websites, running ad campaigns (retargeting as well), digital testing and content production/ad copy writing
  • Evidence in delivered campaigns and projects
  • Sector knowledge of the telecoms industry would be advantageous but not essential
  • Qualified - not essential

  • Proven experience managing campaigns across Google platforms
  • A good understanding of key marketing performance indicators
  • Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce/Pardot (or similar CRMs), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and campaign tracking platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to create clear, meaningful reports for marketing and leadership audiences
  • A proactive mindset, passion for digital marketing, and commitment to continuous learning
  • Strong technical ability, including experience with Adobe tools.
  • Pragmatic problem solver; able to quickly resolve complex issues which balance commercial and individual needs
