Head of Professional Services, Hybrid

FourNet has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Head of Professional Services to join our business in a strategic, senior level hire to aid FourNet’s continued growth.

This Head of Professional Services role will head up the teams responsible for delivering all customer projects which includes, Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Project Engineers and Technical Support Engineers. These teams work across all of FourNet’s evolving portfolio, putting the customer’s needs at the heart of the way we work.

You’ll work closely with the Operational Leadership Team in our commitment to continuous improvement, constantly looking for ways to progress our efficiency, productivity and service levels.

• Are self-motivated and dynamic, and have an ability to manage stressful situations and come up with solutions under pressure.
• Show a creative flair with the ability to suggest new service offerings and the development of existing services.
• Have a strong commercial awareness with the ability to develop services in line with the strategic objectives of the business.
• Are educated to degree level.
• Are a holder of CMI or equivalent management qualifications.
