Proudly Committed to Safeguarding Mental Health at Work

As early signatories to the Mental Health at Work Commitment, which is now a growing movement of over 3000 employers, FourNet declared publicly that the wellbeing of our people is a key priority. We are determined to have a genuine long term positive impact on employee wellbeing, which is why we support Mental Health Week; have a growing band of Mental Health First Aiders; and an employee assistance programme for those in moments of need. We organise monthly meditation sessions and our reflection room - complete with yoga mats and prayer mats - is a place where we encourage employees to find moments of calm. Asking for support isn’t a sign of weakness. We want everyone who works at FourNet to feel they can be themselves, be open about their mental health and ask for support if they need it.
