This is an exciting time to join the company as we execute our next phase of growth. We’re looking for strong generalist B2B Head of Marketing with experience in our market sector.  We need someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and who wants to take ownership and responsibility for the execution of the marketing strategy across our three brands (FourNet, ANTENNA and Connecting Wales).

Main responsibilities

  1. In conjunction with the Chief Marketing Office, develop and implement the marketing strategy to deliver on FourNet’s commercial objectives, reaching new and existing customers
  2. Deliver campaigns that generate Marketing Qualified Leads to feed the SDR function for the allocated sectors as well as general customer issue or technology led campaigns
  3. Develop an overarching content strategy – writing and managing the creation of content for use across all channels: website, social media and email
  4. Own the marketing technology stack which includes Pardot, High Velocity Sales, Canddi, Global Data and potentially Tech Target Priority Engine and other tools. Implement marketing automation processes to streamline the delivery and measurement of campaigns
  5. Own the housing, local government, health and Welsh public sector verticals. Defining and developing strategies to build awareness and consideration to enable the sales sector owner to build close relationships and win business
  6. Own the delivery of FourNet’s ESG strategy: create differentiation, support bids and build the employer brand
  7. Analyse all marketing activity, drive efficiencies, and optimise campaigns
  8. Prospect database management and improvement – through legacy data, bought lists, 3rd party prospect database management
  9. Develop sales collateral to ensure the sales team are armed with the best tools to showcase the proposition and win new customer business
  10. Day to day management of our creative/ web agency/ digital
  11. Manage and develop the Marketing Executive
  12. Generate awareness within existing customers and prospects through a wide range of B2B channels including email, social and events

Person Specification

Technical Profile

  • B2B Marketing experience within a fast-growth environment
  • Experience from the sector in which FourNet operates (CX, communications, security & networking)
  • Experience of managing cross channel B2B Marketing plans within a stand-alone role or small team
  • A track record of achieving targets relating to the generation of leads and brand awareness
  • Digital marketing experience especially in email, SEO and social media management
