With primary responsibility for supporting the CEO, work with members of the Senior Leadership team/ board to drive the business forward with efficient and effective ways of working

Reports to: CEO

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing diaries and schedules, proactively prioritising the workload where possible and managing content and flow of information to stakeholders
  • Managing meetings, from preparation and attendance to execution and coordination of follow up actions, liaising with various internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Production of business reports, presentations, agendas, meeting minutes and actions
  • Representing the CEO/ Executives at events/meetings when required
  • Ensuring the CEO is fully prepared and prompted ahead of meetings and events arranging compilation of pre-meeting documentation
  • Brief the CEO succinctly and where necessary make recommendations to aid the achievement of business objectives
  • Arranging travel and managing expenses
  • Provide administrative support, handling correspondence and maintaining efficient and effective databases

Person Specification

Technical Profile

  • Experience working as a personal/executive assistant to CEO/ board level
  • Demonstrated ability to support executives and manage multiple busy diaries and changing priorities
  • Experience of coordinating a variety of projects and events
  • Experience working in a medium size fast growth business would be an advantage
