Working in a fast-paced environment you will be assisting the Sales Support Lead and Sales Team with the Salesforce opportunity life cycle by ensuring orders and projects are processed efficiently for a successful transition through to the wider business resulting in a positive customer experience.

 

Scope of responsibilities

  1. Create folders for the storing of documentation relating to large opportunities to enable the wider teams within the business to access.Create new customer folders.
  2. Create the internal order review document for small orders.
  3. Working with the Sales Lead to ensure credit checks are completed for new customers including sending out new customer account forms and liaising with the finance team to add new customers to sage and Salesforce.
  4. Assist with the small orders process by ensuring all documentation relating to the order is present and correct ready for the Sales Support Lead to process through to the wider teams.
  5. Assist with cost changes to existing projects seeking internal approvals ready for the Sales Support Lead to process through to the wider teams.
  6. Manage and process equipment only orders from order through to order completion ensuring all documentation relating to the order is present and correct.Working with the finance team, request purchase orders to be raised and place orders direct with FourNet approved suppliers.

    Approving equipment only purchase invoices for payment.

  7. Assist with purchase order requests from the Service team relating to customer maintenance contracts that requires replacement equipment or software.
  8. Liaise with suppliers & request refresh quotations for small orders and assist when required for larger orders / opportunities.
  9. Work with the Sales Lead & Sales Support Lead to ensure deal registration details are gathered and logged.Monitor deal registrations via partner portals, highlighting any expiring registrations.
  10. Send order acknowledgements to customers.
  11. Update existing customer and supplier contacts on Salesforce, updating the wider teams know new contacts where necessary.
  12. Work with the Sales Support Lead & Commercial Team to ensure customer contracts are stored in line with current process.
  13. Answer queries from the Sales Team and other departments relating to small orders & order reviews.
  14. To be point of contact to customers for small order queries.
  15. To provide annual leave cover for the Sales Support Team including large order process.
  16. Perform any other duty as seen fit and reasonably requested by management.

 

Technical Profile

  • Great communicator with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices.
  • Strong administrative experience, including excel
