Scope of Responsibilities

  1. Working closely with the Commercial director to implement the margin improvement plan throughout the business
  2. Assist the inhouse legal team with the first review of terms and conditions for strategic engagements with both suppliers and customers, identifying risk and its application to FourNet.
  3. Negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
  4. Provide commercial review of sales opportunities to include margin analysis, cashflow and identification of key risks/ strategies to mitigate them.
  5. Support for the bid team when reviewing new opportunities, providing responses to commercial questions and advising on risks.
  6. Advising Senior Management and the wider FourNet team on escalated contractual issues, public sector procurement routes and legal application of key terms.
  7. Calculation and Service credits to customers and from suppliers.
  8. Provide assistance to the Operations teams when understanding financial remedies and their application to operational risks or events.
  9. Confidently advise on financial commercial impact over a wide range of issues to support the Leadership Team in strategic problem solving.

Technical Profile

  • Experience of commercial IT contracts.
  • Strong commercial acumen for business application of legal risk and contracts.
  • Extremely numerate with excellent excel skills
  • Knowledge of the application of AI in a business environment
  • Aptitude to learn about the FourNet portfolio and the ability to apply this knowledge.
  • Degree or equivalent in business or law preferred but not essential
